God works in us when we let Him. Will you let Him soften your heart? Will you ask the right questions when circumstances become hard? Will you let Him shape your life not in spite of the pain, but through it? Softness makes room for seeds—seeds that grow into gifts that serve others and glorify Him. John 3:30: “He must increase, I must decrease.”
Pray: Soften my heart, Lord, to receive the seeds of Your gifting that will grow into a life that honors You. I realize that to soften me, You may allow me to experience both joy and sorrow—and I trust You in all of it. I surrender my resistance. Thank You for using every circumstance to make me more like You. Amen.
